REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you're not, here's exactly where you stand.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason, from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive it — even if it has already shipped. To cancel, email infopaviane@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Our 30-day returns window
On top of that, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery on unworn items in original condition and packaging.
Who pays for return postage
We'll send you the correct return address when you contact us. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method, including the standard delivery you paid. No fees.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Within 30 days you can reject a faulty item for a full refund; within 6 months we'll repair or replace, and refund if we can't.
Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons we can't accept back earrings, or underwear and swimwear with the seal removed — unless faulty. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
How to return
Email infopaviane@gmail.com with your order number, name, the items, and a photo if faulty. We'll reply with next steps.
